Booking
Please complete the booking form and send it to us no later than 7 days before the date on which you wish to take a guided tour.

CONFIRMATION OF YOUR BOOKING
We will inform you by e-mail if we are able to accommodate your request. If no guide is available on the date you have chosen, we will offer to reschedule your tour. If the date of your guided tour is confirmed, you will receive an invoice by e-mail.

METHOD OF PAYMENT
Please pay the invoice (mentioned above) no later than 5 working days before the date of your visit. After this time, your booking will be considered invalid.

CANCELLATION AND FULL REFUND
If you wish to cancel your booking, your payment will be refunded in full if you cancel no later than 2 days (48 hours) before the date booked. After this time, no refund will be made. Cancellation requests are sent by e-mail. The time of sending is decisive. The exomusée will make refunds by bank transfer.

PARTIAL REFUND
For groups of more than 14 people: if the number of participants is lower than expected, the exomusée will make a pro rata refund for the number of people who do not take part in the visit. However, the total price cannot be less than CHF 140.-. The exomusée will make refunds by bank transfer.

CHANGE OF TIME SLOT
If you wish to change the time slot of your visit, please notify the exomusée by telephone or e-mail no later than 2 days (48 hours) before the date booked. Once this deadline has passed, it will no longer be possible to change the time slot. Any changes will be subject to the availability of the guide.

LATE ARRIVAL
If you arrive late on the day of your visit, please notify the exomusée by telephone as soon as possible. If the customer is late, the visit will be shortened in proportion to the length of the delay. If the customer wishes to maintain the full duration of the visit, subject to the availability of the guide, an additional fee will be charged. If the customer is 30 minutes late, the guided tour will be cancelled and no refund will be given.

SECURITY
As the tour of the exomusée takes place in an urban area, it may involve crossing streets used by motorised vehicles. Everyone taking part in a guided tour is responsible for their own safety.
